Penn State VS University of Minnesota- Twin cities

Hi y’all,

I got accepted from both penn state and um twin cities. I have been doing research about these two universities.
I looked at the rankings , reviews, videos and all this sort of stuffs and I am still undecided about
which one is better?
I hope you can help me out.

What is your major?Are you instate for any? Do you prefer a college town or a city?

Go to the instate one. They are not that different except for size.

I am an int. student, so both oos. And I’ll study econ. major

So i’m also international and planning to go to UMN for econ and psychology. UMN has a good econ department and i’m sure the coa of umn is lower than that of penn state.
Also umn is in a city whereas penn state is in a college town. So it really comes down to the cost and what kind of a location do you prefer

Which one is the most affordable for you?

Univ of Minnesota will be a lot colder and most likely a lot cheaper unless Penn State is giving you aid

I am cool with everything unless it has a decent campus
