Penn vs Cornell HELP!

I'm having a lot of trouble deciding which school to apply early decision.

In short, I have a 33 ACT (35 R, 35 E, 34 M, 28 S/12 Essay); Math I 750 and 3.67 UW GPA (3.85 without Freshman year. I did very poorly Freshman year due to family issues and plan to explain that).

I'm deciding between Cornell AEM, UPenn CAS, and UPenn Wharton. (I'm aware they are all reaches but that's what I want to use my ED for).

I like UPenn SLIGHTLY more but feel like Wharton is just a complete waste (and I'm kind of scared how hard it must be), meanwhile I don't think I really want to be in a college of arts and science. Business is what I want; however, I may be happy in CAS. I'm really not sure. On the other hand, I'm under the impression that Cornell AEM is basically as hard to get into as Wharton which is how I get back to penn CAS. (or is it?)

I have legacy at Cornell and a sibling who attended grad. school at Penn (not sure if that helps). HELP!

Taking in to account your chances, I think it would be wisest for you to ED Cornell. Cornell is a solid school and won’t limit your business dreams much, so I would stick with that.

What are your ECs?

Not going to list all ECs but they are by far strongest part of my app. and very business related. I have leadership positions as well.

@breaker may I ask for more as to how you concluded that? You think Cornell AEM is easiest (for me) to get into out of those 3?
