<p>Taking any substance you’re not used to (caffeine, adderall, etc.) before a big test is going to more harm than good. If you’re already taking adderall, don’t stop taking it before the ACT. If you’re not, don’t start taking it before the ACT. You don’t know how you’re going to react to it and it’s never a good idea to take a drug for anything other than its intended medical purpose.</p>
<p>Besides, half of the test is knowing about commas and algebra. There’s no drug in the world that teaches you that.</p>
