<p>HELLO PEOPLE OF THE CC WORLD, I SHAKE YOU WARMLY BY THE HAND (mad props if you get the reference)</p>

<p>My school doesn't rank, but it does send reports of deciles and details the top 5%. Say we're 270 in a class. The top 5% rounds off at 13.5... up or down?
I ask because I'm in that in-between student.
What do you think?</p>

<p>Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. My daughters school does rank, the math works out that she is in the top 10.2%, but her transcript says top 10, they didn’t round her to the next lower group.</p>
