Performing Arts Program

As a prospective actor, does anyone have any insight on the Brown Performing Arts program in comparison to other Ivy’s? Is it a top/well-known program? Thanks bunches

I wanted to add, Brown and the other Ivy League schools are not undergrad conservatories; so, as an actor you may need to supplement your education with extracurricular activities, summer programs, study abroad, outside work and applied lessons.

For a more intense studio-based undergraduate programs you’ll want to look at BFA programs like CMU, Juilliard, UNCSA etc…

Also, Northwestern is an excellent hybrid acting program with Ivy caliber academics and more structured studio work than you might find at Brown or Yale.
