I'm just wondering, did everybody who was accepted to Yale get a personal note from your Regional Admissions Director at the bottom of your acceptance letter? I'm trying to figure out if this is a marketing strategy or if I should feel honored lol

It's not terribly important but I was just curious

Yeah I got one too. That was so amazing!

I got one. All it said was “P.S. The Yale Symphony Orchestra is waiting.” and it had the word “art” with a star next to it…

got one in that it was hand written, not sure it said anything that persaonal, but hey, at least the guy took the time to write SOMETHING< felt pretty cool, :)

Yeah, I just received this same letter from my admissions officer with a little comment about one of my essays. Whether it’s a marketing strategy or not, I think it’s pretty awesome that they do this. +1 for Yale

I got a very long and flattering one.

My son got one too…all colleges send them. Its probably a marketing ploy but a nice gesture anyway! BTW Bilgun you got into Columbia as a JJ scholar too so should have got one from Columbia too.
