Stanford says that personal qualities are very important. But I dont really know what is this personal qualities, and where do the college see it?

They see it in your main essay and the other four or so paragraphs you write, in combination with your stats/awards/ec's and your teacher recs.

^ not to mention the interview.

What interview? Stanford does not give interviews to prosepective students :)

personal quality in awards.... confused....If I am a USAMO qualifier what quality will that indicate +_+

yea....does like strong interest and passion in a subject counts as a personal quality?

Each accomplishment you have highlights your personal qualities, so just be yourself and you will present the best possible application. For example, USAMO might be indicative of say determination, problem-solving ability, etc.
