Howdy. At the University of Oklahoma, they offer an accelerated program where you can take classes towards a bachelors of Petroleum Engineering and getting an MBA for 5 years. With the AP classes I'm taking now and about 3 or 4 classes over the summer during the duration of my college years, I might possibly get it over with in 4. I'm looking into this program because I'm worried about the job placement of PEs after graduation, and with an MBA, I'd be damn attractive to oil companies. What I'm worried about is switching from high school classes to sophomore level classes and if I can handle them properly. Do you think this sounds like a good idea?
