pfas question

RD people, what did you make of this?

Required:
“Parents’ and student’s 2013 federal income tax returns, all schedules, pages and W-2 forms”

“*Note to Regular Decision Applicants: if you and your parents’ 2014 tax returns will be available by February 16, you do not need to submit your 2013 tax returns”

My parents will do their tax returns a few days from now, before the 16th. So as per instructions, we do not need to send in the 2013 stuff, only the 2014 stuff. However, the Note is somewhat confusing as it specifically only talks about the tax returns and not the other stuff.
Should we have sent in the other stuff ( the w-2 forms, the schedules)? should we send them in now?

What did you guys do?
