Ph.D. in Economic/Public Policy from top U.S.schools

<p>Hi
I'm planning to apply for Ph.D. in Economics/Public Policy in top U.S.schools.</p>

<p>I have a 3-year high first class bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University in India and a 1-year MSc Economic History from London School of Economics. I also have 2 years of consulting and research experience from India.</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting into a top economics/public policy Ph.D. program in US? How do i go about the application process, in terms of university selection?</p>
