<p>Okay, so this questions stumped most of the peoplein class, untill the teacher talked us through it:</p>

<p>Begging the question/circular reasoning?</p>

<p>I think it's simply begging the question.</p>

<p>Even after reading the definition, I don't see how special pleading is commited. I fail to see any references to special circumstances and exemptions.</p>

<p>Yea, it's begging the question . . . looking at it now, it seems pretty obvious. Too bad I couldn't get it in class.</p>
