<p>S will be a Freshman this year, and ever since his Tulane email account was established a couple of months ago, he has been receiving phishing emails. He forwarded one to the appropriate department at Tulane, but never received a reply. Just yesterday, he received two more spam emails telling him that his mail account will be deactivated if he does not click the link (not a Tulane address) and update his information. Any advice on how to put an end to these emails would be great. Thanks. </p>

<p>Tulane’s IT needs to do something about it. We had that problem here where I work and our IT dept got better filters or something. </p>
