Someone from Berkeley called my house yesterday. Im assuming that it was that Congrats! You got into Cal phone call. Unfortunately, my dad was the one who picked up the phone. He told the person that she has the wrong number and to never call again. He wants me to go to UCI so I could live at home. Anyway, do you think I should send an apology email or something?

-.-" ur dad is weird …dude…!1
come on… comparing with cal&irvine…

Your dad is being overprotective…Wow…

wow. pretty immature of your dad. :/

You need to ■■■■ of your house and go to Berkeley.

wow
you need to run… far away to Berkeley.

You’re going to have bigger issues if you continue to take that kind of $hit.

I agree with everyone.

…that’s just…:///

No need to do anything, we are just students and get lots of interesting responses. The person who got your call was prolly like *** and moved on.

Move outtt

i agree with eeryone also… u need to go!

Ha! The funny thing is he wonders why I would want to move out. And unfortunately, my mom wants me to stay also D:

^ go online!

hockee…when u were phone banking did they have u give the info for the retention fair on Warring st (Clark Kerr) from 11:00-12:30 this Sat? I just realized today that is different from the reception later in the afternoon in Wheeler…i wonder why they didn’t have us give that info too?

I would go to CAL Berkeley 100% over Irvine. Don’t worry about apologizing, CAL students (usually making the congrats calls) are used to this kind of behavior, and are very forgiving (they call 200+ people a day). However, if your father intentionally did this and not by mistake, I would be very cautious of staying and living with your parents. I believe that kind of dysfunctional behavior will give you a hard time to study for hours if you live at home. Just my opinion.

GO BERKELEY!!! GO BEARS!!!
