I recieved a phone call from an FSU admissions officer asking me about what I had been doing since High School (I opted to engage in a once-in-a-lifetime internship before attending college). I mentioned my business related internship in my application a few times, where my major was business. I WANT to assume it impressed him, but I'm not sure. My friend who has MUCH better grades and test scores had her application rejected, so I'm kind of just looking for some hope that maybe my extra-cirriculars (including the internship) were enough to make me stand out enough to be strongly considered, or a reality check in that I'm thinking into it too much. Ever since I visited their campus I've been in love with the school and city, so that is what prompts me to ask this ahaha.

If your friend was rejected with better grades clearly FSU is looking for something a bit more interesting.

Good luck!

Ah, well I guess, I just hope I’m interesting enough fingers crossed

:x

Oh, and my grades and test scores aren’t terrible, they’re just average. My extra cirriculars are much more impressive and reflect me a lot more, but I don’t know how they weigh those things :/
