So for the photocopy of the scores do I just send that by itself in an envelope to the Office of Admissions? That seems a bit odd.
And are they just talking about the thing I get in the mail with my ACT and SAT score?
Thanksss

I don't know if you have to do that if you already sent your scores via collegeboard.

No, you do have to. On the form it says something like, photocopy your test score reports and also be sure to have them sent from the testing agencies.

Admissions says you do NOT have to send in a photocopy of your scores if you already had them sent by CB. If you are very concerned and you just want to feel better about it then go ahead and send it. And yes, you just send the thing you get in the mail or an online print out. They will verify it with the official scores when they are received. (Admissions says you can call to see if they have it so you will know if you should send a photocopy.)

Sorry! Didn't mean to misinform

I'm sorry cheerchick012- didn't mean to be rude. it does make sense to do what the form says. I've talked to admissions about this one and that's why I knew.

Haha no you weren't rude! Don't worry about it :)

I sent it in even though I had sent them through via the College Board just in case.

I called and they said to send a photocopy because CB takes 4 weeks.

Weird, when I called, they said I don't need to send Form 6 if I requested CB to send scores directly to USC. (I am applying on-line, 99cents are you doing paper app?)

DD is applying online. But CB sent her score Nov 16 and USC deadline for scholarship is Dec 10th. I think cutting it a bit too close. But no biggie, D will send one to USC soon. She did send her SAT for free when she picked USC as her first choice for NMSF, back in April/May I think.

bump....id like to know for sure...

Test scores do not have to arrive exactly by the deadline, so don't worry- it just has to be close to the deadline (within a week or two.) But to play it safe and sleep better at night, send in the copy. After you send in your application (the only part that MUST be in by the deadline), you can check your status online or by a phone call to see if they have everything.

what if i dont have da copy...?

Print-outs from the Internet are fine. You do not need to send in the SAT photocopies if you have sent them online.

oh ok...thank you..
