My school doesn’t offer Physics C or B only physics 1. I started in physics 1 but looked at the curriculum for physics C and thought it didn’t seem too much harder so I thought I would just teach it to myself like I did with computer science. So my situation right now is I’m self teaching myself physics C and taking both exams in May, but I’m enrolled in a physics 1 class (not taking the exam). I’m learning the algebra based physics very well but I’m having a hard time finding resources for a couple of concepts. Can anyone direct me to where I can find practice for:
-Use Newton’s Second Law to write a differential equation for the velocity of the
object as a function of time
-Derive an expression for the acceleration as a function of time for an object
falling under the influence of drag forces.
-Students should be able to solve problems in which application of Newton’s laws
leads to two or three simultaneous linear equations involving unknown forces or
accelerations.
