Physics vs. Comp Sci

I realize that both Physics and CS are very theoretical when it gets to high level, and requires alot of maths, but the maths that is used is different. I am interested in both areas, and I have thought of a double major, but then I looked at the course plan, and I wouldnt have enough electives if I do the double major. Now I face a decision, I have to choose between these two majors, and I dont know alot about CS, but it seems interesting.

Can you CC people please tell me the main differences between these two majors, and the types of maths involved when it comes to high level subjects? Which one is generally considered to be "tougher/harder" or more theoretical? Thx for any future replies =)

Whichever is harder probably depends on the school you're at and their specific programs. The main differences between the two majors... well, one's physics and the other is computer science. If you don't know a lot about CS, I wouldn't just jump into the double major before you do some CS classes and see if you like it or not.

CS can go a lot of different ways; it depends on what classes you take
