Physics

So I signed up for the physics subject test a few months ago. I had not had any physics course since 8th grade. Currently I am in 11th grade honors physics but it is not in depth enough and does not cover magnetism, electricity, or optics. I took two practice tests and got around 600 on both. Long story short... should I take the test on Saturday and probably do bad on it and retake it in the fall, or should I only take the math2 and take the physics next year?

pretty much.. do colleges care if you do poorly the first time? The only reason I might take it is because I already paid for it.

Thanks

You can do score choice in case you did badly in the first attempt. Even for schools that asked for all scores for SAT1 and ACT, they often allow score choice for subject tests.

You won’t get charged the full cost; pay the $13 change fee and reschedule your Physics SAT2. Use the summer to prepare for the exam and take in the fall when you’re ready.
