Picking a college to become an elementary teacher

Note: The state of Colorado doesn't allow universities/colleges to have education or elementary education as major, so often the alternative is interdisciplinary studies and licensure or an state-approved major and licensure.

Out of these schools which has the best education program to become an elementary teacher?
University of Colorado Denver (applying)
University of Northern Colorado (haven't applied yet)
Colorado State College ( haven't applied yet)
University of Colorado Boulder (accepted)

I hear CU Denver and UNC are probably the best for becoming a TEACHER, but I'm still unsure. They all cost about the same for me and they all about the same distance from home, except for CU Denver which is the closest; however, I'm going to live in the dorms so it doesn't really matter in the end. I don't really have a huge preference for either of them as far as environment, location, student-life, etc. goes ( I have looked into all of them) and I have been/or lived in most of cities they are in. I would rather just pick the best of these schools for elementary education.

So any suggestions? or can you list them by preference?

How much does cost and financial aid matter?

Have you checked whether all of them will offer your desired major and the licensing related course work or preparation?
