Hi guys, I’m looking to get my undergraduate degree in something business related like finance or accounting. The schools I’m really thinking about are Mizzou, Iowa State, Arizona State, University of Kansas, Illinois State, UW La Crosse or Winona State. I’m just looking for your opinions on the schools and which has the better business programs. If you know anything about what it’s like to attend any of those schools that would also be helpful.
It’s usually not a good idea to apply to state schools out of your home state. Where do you live and what are your GPA and test scores? Financial limits?
Neither are two hot. 2.7 GPA and a 25 Act score. The cost isn’t a problem for these specific schools.

Your GPA should be better…if OOS costs are not an issue for your family, I would look at smaller private schools that can better develop you as a student. Going to a giant state school like the ones you listed is probably not in your interests. Small classes where you can’t hide. You may need a Jesuit, or similar, looking over your shoulder.
I looked it up and for some of those schools 20% of their accepted students come in with a cumulative high school gpa between 2.5 and 2.9
Maybe so but I would go to a school that will make you a better student, where you must do your homework in a small class environment.
Going to a school with classes in auditoriums is not a good idea.
What are the 4 year and 5 year graduation rates for those schools?
