Picking out the Courses and Professors

I did not have the chance to make it to the CalSO because i live in a foreign country.

Could someone PM me what people usually take for the first semester classes?

It would be nice if you gave me specifics like... the names of the professors.

Thank you

It depends on your intended major, what college you’re in, and what classes you have taken before.

I would say most people will take Math 1A or 1B, a science (Physics 7A or 8A, again depending on major/college, Chem 1A, etc…), a class directly related to your major, and maybe a breadth course (R&C course for example).

Someone can have a first semester schedule that is completely different from that though. If you tell people what your major/college is, they can probably give you pretty good information on what to take.

If you in the College of Letters and Sciences, there is a self-help advising process that can help you figure out the candidate list for your first seminar.
What are the R&C classes that are easy and light in terms of workload?
Or any other classes that do not concern my major which were easy and light?
could you also include the name of the professor please
