<p>No. I didn't send one, but I got in. If you are hot, then def. send it, if you are too lazy and just don't feel like sending a pic of yourself to some stranger who might end up rejecting you, then don't. You don't get the pics back. I met my rep and made an impression, and I am sure he knew who I was, so, I was like, screw the pic. But, generally, it's not required and will not be counted against you if you don't attach one.</p>
