I've already sent in my housing stuff for u of pitt, but i just got accepted into rutgers (in state) and now im not sure what to do.

I'm studying anthropolgy and i know that rutgers has a really great department, but im also under the impression that pitt does to (if you know how their department stands let me know).

just tell me what you would do in a similar situation, or if you were in this type of situation what you decieded and how you feel.

I'm somewhat non-neutral here, being a Rutgers student, but if you do anthropology at Rutgers, you will probably get the chance to study with Robert Trivers. If you don't know who he is, look him up. He was named by Time Magazine as one of the top 100 intellectuals of the 20th century, and has just won the Crafoord prize - the world's premier award for bio-science.

This aside, RU has reorganised its undergrad programs to include small seminars with many of the top staff there. I know very little about Pitt's programs, but I would be excited about the chance to do Anthro at Rutgers.
