<p>DS applied by the deadline and is hoping for a decision in the coming few days. </p>
<p>Last year I was notified by mail around May 17. It seemed to me that the office sent out the decision by May 15. Good luck! </p>

<p>If you get an envelope, you have a rejection–while the large parcel is an acceptance. Today I opened my mail-box to an envelope. Was a transfer student from Community College w/ a 3.8 and great essays and letters of recommendations.</p>

<p>DS was disappointed to find nothing from Pitzer in the mailbox today. We’re hoping that it will come on Monday!</p>

<p>I got accepted the second time. I feel super happy today when I saw the Dean actually write some personal notes on the acceptance letter. </p>

<p>DS heard from Pitzer today - waitlisted! We sincerely hope to hear from them in the coming month or two. We feel that Pitzer is a great fit for him of all the colleges that he applied to. </p>
<p>Does anyone know if the waitlist moves significantly? We understand that individuals on the waitlist aren’t ranked and we assume that they’re randomly picked based on the additional information that is received. What additional supplements or information can he can submit for their consideration? </p>
