<p>@bernie12, yeah I’d like to get the transfer credit if I can. I’m actually hoping to take care of a lot of GERs that way.</p>
<p>If you’re pre-med, you’ll find those courses easy to complete (only a few required pre-med courses), so I’d honestly try to enjoy the “GER” classes. Too many people worry about GERs standing in the way of completion, but it hardly does. Though it would perhaps hurt chances of study abroad (but of course many SA programs may have courses that fill GERs or major requirements, so you can come out even, just as if you had a normal semester in the college).</p>
<p>I’m definitely going to take a wide variety of courses since I don’t know my major yet but what I mean is, I hope to get out of a lot of introductory courses so I can take higher level ones, if that makes sense. I really want to study abroad too though and probably double major so hopefully the transfer credits will help it work out.</p>
