Currently, a grade of 3 will be accepted as elective credit. However, grades of 4 or 5 may be applied towards the core curriculum. Official scores must be sent to the university in order for credit to be applied. Students who are awarded AP credit are notified during the late summer prior to the fall of freshman year.

Transfer students should also send official scores to the university in order for credit to be applied. Transfers who are awarded AP credit will have those credits noted on their Transfer Credit Evaluations.
