The new SAT debut was in March 2016. Not sure that would impact anything, but it might make their evaluation process a little different since this is the first admissions cycle to be affected. Or it could just be they have an increase in applications which could also delay the release of the first batch of acceptances. I had two kids accepted to Plan II in previous years. One heard back in January and the other got the acceptance in February. Sit tight, still lots of time left!

Try asking on Twitter if there is an account. I’ve gotten good responses from asking there.
I called and the receptionist was like “i know nothing” lol 
I called LAH and they told me beginning of december. And BHP is mid december, so hopefully plan 2 is in the next two weeks!
Yup. I called Plan II office last Wednesday and they confirmed nothing has been sent out, and they said they “did not know” when the first round of letters would be mailed.
Pretty annoying. The first batch is supposed to come out before ivy decisions in an effort to sway prospective ivy students to plan II, lol. that wont be happening this year…
Just received my acceptance letter today! I live in Austin, so I’m guessing the letters were mailed out today or yesterday. Good luck to you all! Hoping y’all hear good news!

I think I am a bit confused about Plan ll and what that is. How about regular decision to the major of your choice. My son was auto admit in UT, and now we just waiting to hear if he was accepted to Chemical Engineering. Will that come in the mail too?
