Hello Everyone. Im a new member of this site. I just really need some help on deciding which college to go. Its almost the dead line. So please, if you have any information. Please help me.

I wanna be majoring in Business, I applied every school in finance major.
I got into Purdue, Indiana, Bentley, Northeastern, Syracuse.

Personally I really really like Boston. But because Im an international student.
I go to a boarding school. So there are not that much chance for me to visit them at this point of time.
Please! Please help me out. Im more willing to go Bentley.
But seriously. I have no idea about these schools.

I will be really appreciate for your help!
Thank you

They REALLY have different cultures. Bentley may be the best in finance among them, but it is a small school with much less school spirit and sports. Benltey probably will give you more of a relationship with faculty over the others. These are just such different schools that I don't know if you can really compare them.

really? hmm. thanks so much for replying!!!!!
appreciate that ^_^
btw, if u have more information about comparing them. please add it on.
and where do u personally suggest tho?

The previous reply was accurate (as always, it really depends on what you're looking for), so I'll just expand:

All the schools you listed except Bentley are quite large. You can get personal attention at any school, but you'll definitely get more of it at Bentley. If you value interaction with the faculty Bentley has an advantage.

Bentley and Northeastern have the advantage of being in (or near, in Bentley's case) a large, exciting city. This is something you may find appealing as an international student, and may be an advantage in terms of internships and career opportunities. Northeastern is right in the city, with the advantages (and disadvantages) that can bring. Bentley has regular bus service to make it easy to get into Boston, but it's a suburban location.

The others are all in smaller and, to varying degrees, less appealing locations. And Syracuse can be just plain miserable in the winter.

The previous poster is correct: Indiana, Syracuse and Purdue all have big-time sports programs, which is exciting and a draw for a lot of people. Then again, an international student may not be that excited about American football :)

They're all good schools. You really have to think about what appeals to you. Hope that helps a little.

well. the decision has to be done very soon. all i know is just u never know wat happens until u really gets into there. but ya. it sux to make this kinda decision in such a close competition. But thx again tho
