<p>Hey guys, quick question about applications.
This year (senior year) i joined the Quiz Bowl team and the FIRST Robotics team not to pad my app (my ECs are good as is) but cause they seemed fun, my friends do them, and you miss a lot of school. My question is, should i bother including these two things on my app, or would it seem like I was just throwing in clubs at the 11th hour to try and look good. Also, my Robotics role is corporate liason/finance managing (i'll be applying to wharton)

<p>I think it depends…are you really enthusiastic about these ECs and more importantly, can you show it (in an essay, for example?). Keep in mind that while you may feel that these two activities are significant and meaningful to you, it’s all about the presentation aspect - how can you demonstrate your interest?</p>
