<p>Right now I'm at a Rutgers University NB majoring in biochemistry/premed and I have a 3.9+ GPA as a sophomore. I like where I am at but I feel there are just much to many people here that the school really does not care about you so the advising both general and medical is very bad. Also Rutgers is very cheap with financial aid.</p>
<p>I have considerable volunteering from hs and extracurricular involvement, some in college as well as well as Varsity Wrestling throughout hs. However, my SAT scores which are math: 650
cr: 640 and writing:700 I know are subpar even as a transfer to some of the elite schools that my family thinks I may have a chance at if I apply. I want to know if you think I may stand a chance at certain schools (my dream in hs was to go to georgetown) and other ivys at this pt and also if it would help if i were to take my SATs again as I think I would increase by at lease 150-200. (in hs i was not allowed to go past precalc, which I took senior year, and which def affected my scores). However, I also heard they don't look at your SATs as much transferring as a junior. In hs i obviously got universally denied to all the big schools which I attribute to the SATs. Please tell me what you think and which schools I may want to look at. </p>
