I would like to apply for UIUC physics in 2014 fall, could someone give me some suggestions regarding my application?

SAT: I expect to get at least 2000, or even close to 2100, but let's say I get 600(CR),750(M),650(W) and two subject tests 750/750 (math lv2/physics)

class rank: the top 15% of the whole form in a rather top school in my region. my 'average mark' for all subjects I have taken is about 70% (the top students get about 85% and getting 80%+ is quite difficult in my school)

activities:
- participant of Asian Physics Olympiad
- senior editor of the school Editorial Board
- vice president of the school Web-Publishing Board
- have been learning violin for a few years, ABRSM grade 6 (but marks are not great), planning to take grade 8 (but that's after the whole college application process)
-plus many other that are not worth mentioning

So what is my chance of getting into UIUC physics? Should I consider the priority filling period? any advice is highly appreciated

thanks
