Too soon and too little information to give you a realistic answer. Generally top 30% isn’t considered very good though, and HOPING to score a certain score isn’t the same as doing it. Ivy League schools turn away applicants with perfect SAT scores (2400) every year, and yet they take students with lower than your target 2200 every year too. Harvard, Princeton, and Yale are a reach for everyone. Your best bet is to keep the grades STELLAR, aim for higher than 2200, try to break into the top 10% or even better in your grade, and keep doing the extracurriculars. Toward end of your grade 11, come back with more concrete numbers and then ask again for a better answer.

I have heard that since its assumed that you are a good student while applying at such places its the ecs that are really scrutinized. do you think that mine are enough or should i build up more on the things that i enjoy

Nono thats not necessarily true. ECs are sort of a tie breaker. You need good numbers as well as good ECs to get into HYP.
