Please chance me for computer science at CMU, UC Berkeley, etc.?

Hi. I'm a rising senior and I'm thinking about majoring in computer science and have compiled a list of schools that I'm interested in. I'm Asian and live in New York. Here are my stats:

SAT: 2200 (CR:740 M:700 W:760) I will retake in October.
Subjects Tests: I will also take Chemistry and retake Math 2 in November.
Math 2: 730
USH: 700

APs:
Calculus BC: 5 (AB subscore: 5)
AP English Langauge and Composition: 5
APUSH: 4

GPA: not sure on the 4.0 scale, but my UW average is around 96.

Schedules:
Junior Year: 3 APs (Calc BC, AP Eng Lang, APUSH)
Senior year: planning on taking 4 APs (Chem, Latin, Stat, and Lit)

Extracurriculars: here is where I lack in
-I only joined a few clubs that focus on community service. Although I don't hold any leadership positions, I am always recognized as the member who does the most volunteer service.
- This summer I am volunteering at a summer camp, and I teach kids art and English. I should have around 150 hours by the end of summer.
- During my free time, I enjoy running and dancing.
- I did get a certificate for third place in the National Latin Exam.. I don't know if this is even worth mentioning

A few questions:
1) Would getting say a 2300+ and a higher math scores really improve my chances?
2) Does a 4 in APUSH look bad if I received 93/96/99/98 (I get quarter grades) for the class?
3) Does getting a C in physics significantly lower my chances as a computer science major? My physics grades were mostly B's, one C and one high A.
4) I have a clear upwards trend and got straight high A's junior year except for physics.. will this affect me?

Please Chance me for these schools:
1) Carnegie Mellon University
2) UC Berkeley
3) UCLA
4) Cornell
5) Columbia University
6) UMich Ann Arbor
7) NYU
8) BU
9) Northeastern
10) Stony Brook

Thank You!
