Hi I'm a Hong Kong non-jupas student applying for HKU for quantitative finance or economics&finance.

SAT reasoning 2110 (Reading 630, Writing 690, Math 790)
SAT 2 (Math II-780, Math I-730, Bio-620)
Toefl iBT 114
AP Calculus BC 5
AP English Language 4
Planning to take the AP Micro&Macroeconomics, Psychology, English Literature, and (maybe) Statistics exams.
Junior year GPA(U.S) 3.83

Extracurricular activities (all in school): Concert band (2 years), Jazz Band (1 year), Yearbook Club (1 year), Senior Project Manager (1 year), Business Club (2 years), Yearly Service Trip (4 years)

Any chance for me to get selected into Quantitative Finance or Economics&Finance? I heard that QFin is pretty competitive.

Also, how important is the second language requirement (in a language other than English)? I'm pretty bad at Chinese so AP Chinese sounds pretty challenging to me. I also missed the opportunity to take the SAT Chinese language test. I can't take the HSK because I'm a local Hong Konger. What other tests can I take to meet this requirement?
