I'm also very interested in politics and current events and am very politically active (I will probably write this into one of my essays)

THANKS FOR LOOKING :D

Hey! I’m from CA too and I’m also applying to Washington University in St. Louis…we incidentally have similar stats too o0

Okay… here is my assessment of you:

Good match (I try not to say “in at” because it can be unpredictable)
Northwestern
U of Chicago
Rice
Williams
Wellesley
Brown

Reach:
Princeton
Stanford
Columbia
Washington University in St. Louis
UPenn

Please chance me back for WashU:

Thanks so much!

To be frank, I don’t think your ECs stand out very much, but the rest of your stats are on par. You may also be lacking in the Awards section of the Common App, but you’re fine on the more important academic stats.

Since you’re applying to only mostly top schools, I have to say match/reach for all your schools.
But you have a high chance into Rice, UChicago, and Northwestern.

Thanks for the honesty, the reason I’m waffly (yes… waffly) is that my ECs are a bit lacking… :|

bumpity bump

in:
Wellesley

high match:
Northwestern
Rice
Williams
Brown

Reach:
Princeton
Stanford
Columbia
Washington University in St. Louis
UPenn
U of Chicago

You are definitely in, if you apply early action of U of Chicago.

Princeton, UPenn, and Stanford would be tough to doubtful. Columbia maybe. The others I say you have at least somewhat of a shot.

Lack of ECs, APs and Awards are going to hurt at those top schools. High reach at all Ivies + S, mix of match/reaches for the rest.

thanks for all the input :)

in:
Wellesley
Northwestern
Rice

high match:
Williams
Brown (not sure about this one)
UChicago

Reach:
Princeton
Stanford
Columbia
Washington University in St. Louis
UPenn

hmmm so everyone seems to think i have a pretty good chance at Wellesley?

Your Extracurriculars will not be too impressive because colleges especially the top schools like to see applicants do and be dedicated to a few clubs/sports throughout every year in high school rather than being in multiple clubs for just one or two years.
