I'm currently a junior and I am Asian. I'm looking into colleges over the summer, and I kind of want to know what my chances are.

Unweighted GPA: 3.87
Weighted GPA: 4.11 (I can't take any weighted classes as a freshman)
UC GPA: 4.20

SAT Score: 2200 (700 Crit Reading, 740 Writing (11 essay), 760 Math)
ACT Score: 31 (33 English, 33 Math, 30 Reading, 29 Science, 11 essay) ~ Probably will not submit
SAT Subject Tests: 750 Chinese, 780 Math, 800 Biology M
AP Tests: AP Music Theory (4), AP Comp Sci (4, probably), AP Biology (5, pretty sure), AP Calc BC (4, probably)

I got one B freshman year (6 un-weighted classes), no B sophomore year (2 weighted classes, 5 un-weighted classes) and I messed up junior year - 2 Bs, 1 C (5 weighted classes, 2 un-weighted classes). I'm also wondering how that one C will affect me? It was in AP Biology, but I'm hoping that my 5 on my AP Exam + 800 on Subject Tests will help me.
