<p>I already submitted my application but I suppose I just really want some feedback and some idea of what I should expect. Thanks! And I will change back, naturally. </p>

<p>Essay are pretty decent I believe. The first prompt I wrote how my aspiration is to adopt my parents' audacity to place myself somewhere unfamiliar and blah blah blah and let myself explore the unknown. The second essay I wrote about founding Biology Club and now I am fulfilled in finding my niche in my community and allowing others t to share it with me. I am a tad disappointed we can't send in recommendations because mine are really good. But for other UC applicants - just the application itself and SAT scores right? They don't ask for anything else?</p>

i think with really good essays youll be in
both are definitely at least match schools</p>

would you be willing to do marching band in college? because supposedly that helps alot with la.</p>

<p>dude, for those two colleges–you’re definitely in. you could prolly apply to some Ivy Leagues, those are good stats.</p>

<p>your CR score is low and if you’re a natural-born Chinese (parents speak it etc) the 800 isn’t impressive. but otherwise good scores and ec’s, i think you have a great shot.</p>

<p>I already applied to Columbia ED, and I plan on applying to Brown, and other than that I don’t have a college list haha. But yeahhhhhhhh So far that’s my line-up: Columbia > UC Schools > Brown</p>

<p>I agree with everyone above; you should easily get into the two UC’s, and I would imagine you have a good chance at Columbia and Brown as well.</p>

<p>That’s really encouraging, thanks so much! I really hope so haha, I mean…SO many other people are applying to Columbia from my school (and most of them are also applying to Berkerly, coincidentally) and almost everyone else seems to have legacies and other hooks. I am hoping for the best :D</p>

<p>i have a question for ICEFIRE: when do you get the award for being an AP Scholar? Is it during senior year of hs? and btw, i think you will get into both colleges. my friend, also asian, got in with lwr stats, so u should definitely get in.</p>
