<p>Hey guys, I'm really nervous about college now, and I really want to get into UCLA.
Can someone give me the flat out honest truth if I have a chance?</p>

<p>SAT grades: reading 650
Writing 750
Math 800
Total:2200 </p>

<p>Overall High school GPA Unweighted: Sophmore(3.4)+Junior(3.8)= 3.6
Overall weighted high school GPA: Sophmore( 3.6)+ Junior(4.3)= 3.95</p>

<p>I'm hoping my senior semester will raise both of those GPA's up by about .1....</p>

<p>AP and Honors Classes so far: </p>

<p>Algebra 2 trigonometry Honors,
AP euro,
AP Physics,
AP biology,
AP Statistics,
AP calc,
AP Chem,
AP English.</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars:
Eagle Scout,
(Organized a 350+ hr service project to fund-raise 5 thousand dollars for local schools)
500+ hours of volunteering at a hospital,
School and County Band,
Certificate of Merit(Piano),
Hospital internship over the summer of junior to senior year
Varsity Golf senior year.
Varsity Team Captain.
Founder and President of Letters to the World Club(Humanitarian club where we write letters to address global conflicts with our opinions)
School Leader Ship Board. Treasurer. </p>

<p>I come from a high ranking school in California, and I'm asian, whether that has anything to do with this or not. There doesn't seem to be the grade inflation at my school similar to the other places, due to the fact that it's a high ranking school that grades so hard....</p>

<p>What are my shots? Thanks so much guys.</p>

<p>^ that’ an old data. UC admissions are very erratic. points go up or down drastically in a matter of one year. </p>

<p>OP, you should apply to Berkeley too. You have a shot at Cal too and Cal is the best UC.</p>
