Thanks for the kind words, but I am thinking Carolina cares a lot about GPA whereas mine is not that great, partly because there’s not a lot of AP’s at my school. But I feel like I have just a 50/50 chance and don’t feel at all good about it. I wish I could set up an interview with an admissions counselor. :(

I think if you explain the lack of AP courses at your school, they will understand. After all, your GPA isn’t even bad and everything else is great.

you don’t have to explain. i’m pretty sure every high school has to show all advanced courses that are offered with your transcript. and i would say you’re almost certain to get in. apply ea.

Just curious, but why do you say you’re certain I’ll get in? I have above average stats, but not anything like Ive seen people on here before. Most on here have a gpa over 4.0 easily. I did get nominated for something called Boys State which is supposedly a good summer program so I can do that.

yo guy you need to chill. you’ve bumped your own topic 10 times.

i got in OOS with a 3.3 in high school. you’re golden. keeping this thread alive won’t help you get in. now take a break

Well, this is what this site what created for. To ask questions about anything related to college, and I thought what better place to ask than current Carolina students or alumni. So I will keep on trying to hear from people. Thanks for your concern though. And a 3.3 in HS? Not weighted I presume?
