Please chance me, international - applying to MIT

Hi, I'm an Israeli student and I want to apply to MIT:

SAT scores: 780 MA / 720 CR / 700 WR
Math II subject: 780
Physics subject: 770

My high school grades are all 90%-100%
Extra-curricular :

Physics (not compulsory in Israel)
Computer science - C# Programming
Computer science - local network project
Calculative science (special project for top students, involving creating virtual neuronsystem to predict market change)
Future managers - a 1 year program in a big accountants company.
Volunteering: 1 year in a local community center
I've been a soldier for 1 year and an officer for 3 years (by the time of application, Lieutenant in rank)
So I'm pretty old - I'll be 23 when I'll apply

Can anybody please help me figure out my chances and what should I do to improve them? I'll apply for 2015 class ( to finish my time in the army). Willing to work hard so don't go easy on me.

Thanks

And I intend to join my old physics school’s staff in order to help Arabian high school students with their physics studies

MIT: Reach

Try Brandeis, NYU unless you’re fine with Technion…

And say that I want to improve my chances, what should I do until I apply?
My high-school achievements put me on the top 1% in my country, that’s gotta mean something for them doesn’t it?
