I'm applying as an International student and I'm afraid that no where (outside of community college) will accept me based on my stats since the international pool of applicants is competitive, especially for financial aid (I will probably need a full ride).

My stats:
Superscored SAT: 620 CR, 620 M, 580 W (standardized testing is the bane of my existence)
Member of: Muslim Student Association (not Muslim, though)
Badminton (intramural, co-founder)
Peer Mediation (peer counseling service, nominated member)
Yearbook

I've had two internships at local museums. I've consistently been on honor roll since my sophomore year of high school (gpa 3.5+). However, my cumulative gpa is about a 3.4.
I am a IB Diploma candidate, my first two years of high school were honor classes, and my final two years were all IB classes. My high school is specialized, so it is known for it's rigorous academics.

Assuming that my recommendations and personal essay will be strong, what are my chances of getting into a good liberal arts college as an international student?

The ones currently on my list are:

REACH: Vassar (my current #1), Wellesley, Smith, Conneticut College, Wesleyan, Amherst
TARGET/LIKELY: Allegheny, Simmons, Haverford, Skidmore, University of Rochester, Wheaton
