URM (African-American male, if that helps at all..)

URM does help, actually. Unless the Supreme Court says it cannot, although I am not sure that applies to Tulane as a private school. Anyway, at this point you seem to have a pretty good chance based on your stats and activities alone, although perhaps it is better to leave out the activities that didn’t really catch your interest (apparently), like indoor soccer for only a year. Nothing wrong with that, but there is a balance between having a reasonable number of activities versus looking like you are all over the map.

Or you might consider having a few main headers, like Sports, Science, and Community Service, then listing the pertinent activities under these. That way it makes it clearer you have 3 main areas where you were very active, and presents the depth of your commitment to these activities more favorably.

Taking all that combined with being an African-American male should give you a very good chance. I assume you have read the other threads regarding what else gets Tulane’s attention.
