I go to UPenn (Class of 12) and I remember applying to UPenn, Duke, Cornell and Rice in my senior year.
My SAT score was 2310 (710CR, 800 Math, 800 WR).
My ECs were really gud and my GPA was 4.0 unweighted and 4.8 weighted.
But I didn’t got rejected from Duke, Cornell and Rice.
After that rejection, I realized that the essay is probably the most important part of your application.
If your SAT score is over 2100 and your CR is at least over 700, your scores won’t affect your decision (Unless u have 2400… that will boost ur chance).
It’s the essays and other things that will affect your decision.
Write a phenomenal essay and that will increase your chance!
GUd luck.
