-90.5 Average (About a 3.55 GPA on a 4 Point Scale)
-30 on the ACT
-Enrolled in Honor Classes at my school since Frosh year
-Taking 2 AP's (AP Gov, AP Calc) this year </p>

<p>I think you’ve put together a really nice list of schools…They all seem like matches, and I am sure you’ll get into a few, but do you have any safety schools? What about finances? All these are pretty pricey, can your family afford?</p>

<p>Fortunately, I’m very lucky to have a family that can afford the college of my choice. As for safety schools, I’d probably list Elon and Fairfield as safety schools. As for my reach and target schools (Nova, Wake, and Colgate), I know I have the ACT score their looking for, but do you think my GPA might hold me back?</p>

<p>For what it’s worth, the colgate.edu admissions and aid page for the Class of 2015 shows the middle 50% of accepted students have 31-33 on the ACT. The SAT range is also shown. Hopefully you can improve on your score and also further distinguish yourself so you will have a better chance there.</p>
