Please Chance Me

I'm currently a junior and I live in Minnesota. I have a 3.7 UW GPA, not sure about weighted. I got 30 on the ACT, 35 on English, 34 on reading, 26 on math, 25 on science, and 8 on the writing. I am considering taking it again to try to improve my math and science scores. I have always taken honors/AP classes except for biology and APUSH (that was a mistake), and I qualified for the national DECA conference this year for a Public Relations project raising awareness about bullying. I have played soccer since freshman year and I have run track since sophomore year. I do not have very much community service yet, but I plan on doing a lot this summer. I have worked for the MYSA as a youth soccer referee for 3 years Thanks in advance!

8 on the writing???

8 out of 12, yeah. I think my combined writing and English was 31.

YEAH MINNESOTA THAT’S WHERE I’M FROM
I got in for the class of 2015 this year for BME (a very selective program at JHU) with a 35 ACT and 3.94 UW GPA.

I definitely agree that you should take the ACT once more and see if you improve, and maybe consider taking the SAT as well. The different test format might suit you well
Unfortunately I am by no means qualified to give you a chance but I hope the information I was able to provide helps you out!
