Please chance me?

Hello everyone, I'm a junior doing the IB diploma right now. I'm really undecided in what I'm going to major in, since the two areas (art and biology) really don't go together at all and what I decide to do will have a high impact on my college choice. If I choose to do something non-art though, I really want to go to UPenn or Brown.

My list so far is
-Brown
-UPenn
-University of Virginia
-William & Mary
-Virginia Tech
-George Mason University
-Stanford

GPA: Predicted end of year 3.5-3.9 UW/4.3-4.7 W (most likely 3.75/4.6)

Classes:
-Top orchestra
-IB English HL
-IB History SL
-IB Art SL
-IB Math HL (will be taking multivariable calc and matrix algebra senior year)
-IB Spanish SL
-IB Biology HL
-Expecting to take physics over the summer

Tests: I haven't taken the SAT yet but my sophomore PSAT was 230 and my freshman PSAT was 227 without studying, so I hope it will be somewhere in the 2300s.
-Planning on taking Math II subject test and probably Chinese, can you guys give me some suggestions?
-5 on AP gov test (sophomore year)

EC's:
-Varsity swim 9
-Tri-M (music) honor society 10, 11, 12
-NHS 11, 12
-Pit orchestra 10 (we won't have one this year :c)
-Girls Learn International 11, potentially 12
-Science Olympiad 11, potentially 12

Other:
-I've played in string quartets for several events, including the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, the National Principal of the Year Awards, and various local organizations
-American Youth Philharmonic 11, potentially 12
-Club swim team 9
-Summer swim team 9, 10, 11, 12 (Should I include this and the club swim? Will they wonder why I quit?)
-I draw a lot and I will probably include a portfolio in my applications, but my current school art teacher doesn't seem to like my work.
-Random library volunteering

I am an Asian female, parents went to college, upper-mid income.

I know need a lot more volunteering stuff but I don't know where to look. Not only should I have it on my application, but I also need it for NHS and the IB diploma, and NHS doesn't allow "menial work" like library reshelving (which was honestly an awful experience.) Where should I look for volunteer opportunities?

Edit: Cumulative GPA for Freshman-Junior years is 3.8UW/4.4W
-Recs will probably be decent, but not especially outstanding. Teachers don't tend to like me.
-Essays will hopefully be alright?

Bump, I guess.

-Brown - low reach
-UPenn - low reach
-University of Virginia - match
-William & Mary - low match
-Virginia Tech - safety
-George Mason University - safety
-Stanford - reach

definitely include everything you can! you look amazing on paper. chance me back?

Thanks for the chance, and sure thing :)

Bump again :)

i think brown and upenn are more mid reaches. that being said, you totally seem like someone who would fit in at brown, so i hope you get in :)

just try to do more service before you apply!

best of luck!
