Please chance me!

I want to pursue Mech/Aeronautical Engineering.
Top choice universities:
Purdue
UIUC
Cornell
Penn state
University of Washington
My SAT scores have been really bad due to family problems.
Math : 680
Reading : 510
Writing : 430

TOEFL : 103/120

SAT Subjects : Expecting 2200/2400

But my grades have been exceptionally good right from 9th grade to 12th
I got 9.4/10 CGPA in 10th grade.
9.2/10 CGPA in 9th.
Around 88% in 11th
And expecting 96% in 12th.

ECs :
Attended 3 MUNs.
Part of the school basketball team and athletic team.
Play guitar in the church and for charity events.
Worked as an intern for a photographer.
Internship with a renowned company which manufactures pistons for engines.

Community service:
Worked for the church
Organised charity events and heritage marathons to spread awareness

I just want to know my chances to get into the above listed universities. Will my good GPAs cover up for my SAT marks?

Your Ec’s and Community works are fine and academics are pretty good to but that SAT score is a real drawback dude!
I won’t advice Cornell (though being the highest accepting ivy it is still very tough)
UIUC and Purdue can be high match or low reach since I know a person who got into both with 1800’s so you can try but still i would say retake it!
Don’t know about other univ. so sorry :)…
