Penn admissions reportedly has a 50% legacy admit rate for ED so definitely get your application out early (compared with Yale Legacy admit rate of <15% so the legacy hook means relatively more at Penn). All the Ivy’s will want to see you take the most challenging program offerred by your high school so only two APs by the end of junior year may be a problem if that is below the norm for the top tier of your high school. I did Penn grad school but interview for Yale. Not a lot of specifics there in your bio to go on but hopefully those ECs show significant committment and leadership too. There is something disturbing when I interview a kid and there is nothing they have done for 3-4 years and it is especially troubling when they were the club president as a junior and then quit senior year. My feeling is either they were finished with the organization once they got the top title or the crush of Senior year applications required them to pull back out of the ECs. Good luck.
