<p>You said you are not a US citizen but are you a permanent resident?That helps a lot. And TOEFL score doesn’t help since you have lived in us for 12 years.But anyway,it doesn’t really look good.Good Luck!</p>

<p>Im basicalyl international and no im not a permanent resident and the TOEFL isnt on a 800 scale haha 630 would be pretty bad for living 12 years. its out of like a 650 or something</p>
