Please critique my application supplement (screenwriting)?

<p>I'm applying to be a film major and the supplement for my top choice college has a screenwriting option. I wrote a piece for a short film and I think I got the format right (I mean, mostly), but if anyone is familiar with screenwriting format, it would be awesome if you could let me know if mine is 100% correct. </p>

<p>Also, I just want to make sure the story aspects are suitable for an application. A friend gave positive feedback for the storyline, but I'm still concerned. Also, writing quality. </p>
